Committee on Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences

The Committee of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences is a self-governing body operating within the Division I of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, representing the scientific community of psychologists nationwide. The Committee consists of psychologists who are members of the Polish Academy of Sciences, independent researchers selected through elections, as well as specialists invited to participate in the Committee’s work.

The activities of the Committee of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences serve to integrate scholars from across the country and promote high-quality scientific research, publications, and teaching of psychology. To carry out these tasks, the Committee appoints commissions and working groups.
