Committee on Food and Nutrition Sciences, Polish Academy of Sciences

The Committee on Food and Nutrition Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (formerly the Committee on Food Technology and Chemistry, Food Science Committee) was first established in 1956 and since then has actively supported the development of food technology and nutrition by organising scientific conferences (including those promoting science), publishing various publications, and formulating the Committee’s opinions and positions. The Committee on Food Science and Nutrition is active both nationally and internationally.
