Committee on Machine Construction of the Polish Academy of Sciences

Committee on Machine Construction of the Polish Academy of Sciences was first established in 1952.

The Committee deals with issues related to the development and modernisation of the machine industry in Poland. The Committee’s activities include conducting scientific research, organising conferences and symposia, as well as cooperating with academic and industrial centres. The MCC brings together experts in fields such as mechanics, automation, robotics and materials engineering, as well as specialists in mechatronics. The Committee’s goal is to support innovation and technology transfer in the machine building sector. The MCC actively participates in shaping industrial development policy in Poland by formulating opinions and recommendations.
